CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your appointment 24 hours or less before the scheduled appointment time then you will be charged a 50% fee. All No call No shows will result in a 100% cost of appointment fee. All appointments MUST be confirmed with a valid credit/debit card within 24 hours of making the appointment, or your appointment will be cancelled. Any services requiring a deposit are non-refundable regardless of the day and time cancelled and all cancellations result in the forfeit of the deposit and a new deposit will be required to book again.
